--The Boxing Times Archives--

The Boxing Times was first published in October 1993, and its first cover story was on an up-and-coming junior lightweight named Oscar De La Hoya. Founded by senior editor John Gregg and his late partner Carlos Fornier, The Boxing Times was originally published three times a month with a target audience center in Southern California's large Latino population.

In a relative short period of time, the Boxing Times garnered a readership of over seven thousand loyal readers not only in the United States but also throughout Europe and Latin America. However, the focus was on making a transition to the Internet, where the BT believed they could achieve a far greater readership.

In late 1997, the BT made its web debut. Since that date, the BT has continually published on the Internet and readership has far exceeded expectations.

Breakdowns and analyses of every major fight are now a mouse click away as you are be able to access our entire archive of internet coverage through our search engine which is located at the masthead of each and ever page.
